Create a Button into Outlook in VS using VB coding through .exe format

Hi All,

         I want to create a button with logo (like Delete button in outlook) in Visual Studio using Visual Basic coding. Then i want this button into under the Home tab in outlook achieved through .exe format. 

I appreciate any suggestion or help.
