Excel UpdateLink using a shared file on OneDrive

This works if I want to update my spreadsheet with a local file:

ActiveWorkbook.UpdateLink Name:="C:\activityreportdatabase.xlsx", Type:=xlExcelLinks

I put in the shared link in place of the local filename and location and this won't work this way

ActiveWorkbook.UpdateLink Name:="https://1drv.ms/x/s!AqVtdQ0iizXAleJPkv_W-w0C4VSwJg?e=mw4CNZ", Type:=xlExcelLinks

Looking for a solution. Thanks in advanced!
