Task Scheduler and MS Access

I have read through the forums on issues with the Task Scheduler in Windows 7 using MS Access 2010. I have followed the threads and duplicated the suggestions without any success. In older versions you would see Access open and run but get it that it may not display in the newer versions.

However, I cannot get Access to load. I have verified this by using task manager and it is not active. I have used script files, batch files and the parameters stated in other posts without any results at all. I have followed all the settings and at this point I am just trying to get Access to load to where I can see it active. Task Scheduler says it is running but there is nothing in the task manager and the process does not complete. I have ensured I have authority to run it and I am even setup as an administrator on my machine so I know I have permissions. I am at a loss at this point. Any other potential solutions out there?
