How to add button that will forward an email to other email in Outlook

Hi All,

              I have to developed the Add-ins to outlook for a button that will forward an email to another email with commandBarButton event in Visual Basic in Visual studio 2010. i have good progress to my work, i can able to forward an email. but the onclick is working at only once. it's not working for second time click on the button. 

I want to show some custom image on the button (I used CommandBarButton) instead of the button caption for user friendly.

Help will be highly appreciated.
