I am in the middle of creating a PowerPoint slideshow. I need the presentation to be totally automated as I plan on linking it to run in a website.
While testing several of the slides, I am coming upon an inconsistency that I cannot isolate and/or debug.
On one of the earlier slides that I created, there are two animated text-boxes and two audio (narrations). The sequence of them is:
1) TextBox (#1) flies in (defined as "On Click")
2) Audio (#1) plays (defined as "After Previous")
3) TextBox (#2) flies in (defined as "On Click")
4) Audit (#2) plays (defined as "After Previous")
The entire slide is functioning exactly as I need. AND…all of the textbox/animations on the page are defined as "On Click" even though they execute without being clicked first…WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANT
On one of my other slides, I cannot get this to happen. I end up having to click in order to proceed through the animations/narrations on the slide.
Is there something that I am missing? Is there some way of telling the slide to ignore the "On Click" attributes in the slide? It’s working that way on the example above (and other slides that I created up to the one that is giving me a hard time).
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance for your time.
Sincerely,
Paul Goldstein
