I have thousands of .docx documents that contain both equation editor 3.0 math objects and math_ml objects. I need to convert these .docx files to .xml, so I would like to first convert all equations to math ml. In Word/Office 365, the equation editor 3.0 objects show up as images that I cannot modify, but I can click on. I have been successful double clicking these objects, and I get a dialog box that asks if I want to convert the equation editor 3.0 object to a math ml object. I select "Apply to all equations" and this works great for converting these math types for that one document. Because I have so many documents I need to do this for, I'd like to do it programmatically. Does someone know how I might do this?
