Outlook locked issue

Hi all,

I developed one outlook vsto plugin in that when user clicks on customized ribbon button it will open one windows form popup when popup in open state outlook not allowing me to use outlook other windows until and unless if i close the windows form popup in outlook. Can anyone suggest me how I can overcome this.
