Used PowerPoint (365) to create a simple screen capture training video. Learned how I can add a file for closed captioning. It works very well.
My challenge is, I want to upload the PowerPoint file to a SharePoint (online) library as a Show format. The goal is to have a user click on the video, it open and start playing with the captioning, or even have a button to click to optionally show the captioning.
When I save the file as a Show file, it runs fine from my desktop, but once uploaded to SharePoint, it no longer displays the captioning. Any suggestions?
