Creating an PowerPoint process is throwing COM Error "Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {91493441-5A91-11CF-8700-00AA0060263B} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 800706b5."

Hi,

When I try to create an PowerPoint process using 

PowerPoint.Application pptApp = new PowerPoint.Application()

I am getting the folowing error.

Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {91493441-5A91-11CF-8700-00AA0060263B} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 800706b5.

Can you please expain what this error means? Also any advise to avoid this exception.
