Using Microsoft Office Access Database on a Windows 10 system

Hi,

     I would like to know if it is possible to use Microsoft Access Database on aWindows 10 system without performing a Microsoft Office Installation?  Is there a redistributable available?

     The Supported Operating Systems listed at the url below does not show Windows 10
